By accessing and using MarketOne ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform. MarketOne reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Platform. By using MarketOne, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. We do not knowingly allow access to anyone under 18. If we discover that you are under 18, we will immediately suspend or terminate your account.
MarketOne is a social competition platform for sports. The Platform allows users to participate in live prediction and trading markets based on sports outcomes. Unless expressly stated otherwise, MarketOne does not facilitate real-money wagering through the website. Any functionality related to competitions or markets operates as a social, competitive platform and is provided for entertainment and competitive purposes only.
MarketOne uses a virtual currency called "MTK" for all in-platform trading and competition. MTK has no cash value, cannot be redeemed for real money or any real-world goods or services, and does not constitute a financial instrument, security, or cryptocurrency. MTK is provided solely for participation in virtual competitions and is non-transferable. You cannot withdraw, sell, or exchange MTK for any form of real-world compensation. Every user receives 1,000 MTK per Competition Season at enrollment, with no carryover of balances between seasons. Any MTK balances are forfeited upon account deletion or when a Competition Season concludes.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and password. You agree to:
MarketOne is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to maintain account security or unauthorized use of your account.

Violation of these conduct rules may result in account suspension or termination, and we may report illegal activity to appropriate authorities.
By posting, uploading, or submitting content to MarketOne, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, display, and distribute that content as part of operating the Platform.

All content, features, and functionality on the Platform—including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, and software—are owned by MarketOne or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any Platform content without our explicit written permission.
We strive to maintain continuous service, but we do not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times without interruption. The Platform may be unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to technical issues beyond our control. We will not be liable for any losses or damages resulting from temporary service interruptions.
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of these third-party sites. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and conditions. We encourage you to review their terms before engaging.
The Platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:

MarketOne reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any features or functionality of the Platform at any time without notice. We are not liable for any changes made to the Platform or their impact on your use.
We may update these Terms of Service at any time by posting the revised terms on the Platform. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the United States.
